Eun bi Hwang / Enjoy your meal with tuna rice ball / Wed 11a.m.

My mom sometimes goes out, saying 'have a lunch for yourself, there are many side dishes.'

As soon as opening refrigerator to find something to eat, I sigh at the empty refrigerator. Not to eat tasteless food, I started cooking. Now I would introduce you tuna rice ball. It is tasty and sweet, and chewing pieces of tuna is really delicious. Above all, it takes only 20 minutes to make. Before cook, prepare tuna can, sugar, pickles, an onion, rice, laver and mayonnaise. First, open the tuna can and throw away oil of tuna. To chew easily, make tuna into small pieces and wash them by putting on a sieve. Second, fry pieces of tuna over a low heat with sugar. Next, chop pickles and onion. Later, squeeze pickles, onions and pieces of tuna because if they have their own flavor, it tastes bad. Then, blend all ingredients with mayonnaise in a bowl. Be careful because if you put too much mayonnaise, your rice ball becomes oily and if you put too little mayonnaise, it becomes to dry. Finally, mix a fistful of rice and seasoned tuna, make them like a small ball and decorate with laver. If you like tuna, you will be fan of this food. Have a good time with elaborate tuna rice ball.

  1. Your process writing is well organized. You used First, Second, Next, Then, Finally well so it was easy to understand the process. I totally understand you what it feels like even though there are many side dishes left but you still want something else. I will follow your writing and try some. If there is one thing i would like you to change is 'chewing pieces of tuna is really delicious' you can just say it is delicious. or just chewy.

  2. First i want to thank to you because i always searching some fresh recipes. And the first part of paragraph is really impressed because almost of people have that kind of expierience. but the amount of mayonnaise is really abstract. so i recommend you write detail quantity of mayonnaise, like one spoon

  3. My mom sometimes goes out, saying “have a lunch for yourself, there are many side dishes.” As soon as opening refrigerator to find something to eat, I sigh at the poor refrigerator, just lying some tasteless side dishes. In that case, I start cooking not to eat them although I am unskilled to make food. Now I would introduce you tuna rice ball. It is tasty and sweet especially when I chew pieces of moist tuna. Above all, anyone can try to make it because it is easy and only takes 20 minutes. Generally one tuna can and a third of mayonnaise bottle is in balance. Finally, mix a fistful of rice and seasoned tuna, make them like a small ball and decorate with laver. If you like tuna, you will be fan of this food. Have a good time with elaborate tuna rice ball.
