Ramen is very common in Korea. Almost Korean enjoys ramen because it is cheap, delicious and easy to make. I loves ramen too, and have many know-hows to make good ramen. I'm going to say about some tips for making tasty ramen.
First, I recommend mineral water. When you make ramen with tap water, ramen's taste become a little bit weak. If you use mineral water for making ramen, you can enjoy its deep and hot taste.
Second, put stock powder before you put noodle. If you put noodle first, the noodle will be over-cooked at the time the powder melts. But when you put the stock powder first, it melts fully when the noodle is done.
Third, on the way of boiling the noodle, mix up the noodle well. If you mix up the noodle well, the noodle can contact with cold air and becomes al dente.
Fourth, stop boiling the ramen 30 seconds before it is fully done. During 30 seconds, ramen become done and its temperature become suitable for eating.
These four ways are my know-hows for making delicious ramen. If you follow this know-hows and add some ingredients according to your liking, you can enjoy good ramen

  1. Uh-oh. (Whispering) The Professor recommended that we don't right about making ramen because he already knows how to make it well enough. Anyways, I'd have to agree with you on putting the powder and frakes before the noodle because I felt ramen tates better with the noodle being cooked after the actual soup has been made first. Your paragraph seems simple and easy-to-read, but I think it could be improved by adding more details in cooking ramen such as taking the noodle in and out of the pot (exposing it to cold air) while it's being cooked in making it more chewy.
