The person who I admire the most is JoJo in China. He was the most brilliant general and at the same time, great politician and leader.

First, he achieved a lot of victories in the war. Although his army was inferior than enemy numerically, he wined with genius strategies and tactics. Also he has the eye of viewing the whole war and patience. When he lost in the battle, he didn't submit and find the way to change the situation. So he could win at the almost of wars and become the ruler of north, central part of the China. 

Also he was great politician. At the beginning, he was just a little lord but he noticed the benefit of support and take the emperor so he could get great advantages. Also he conducted many institutions for soldiers and farmer so he could get their loyalty. And he conducted the law very strictly. He didn't give the mercy to high-ranking officials, relatives and even himself. The reason that he could get loyalty from his retainer is he used people with his ability and very fair with punishment and reward by the law. 

From these reason, he was the greatest leader in that time. He conquered most part of China and stabilized there. It's very difficult to have many qualifications but he has ablities to find talented people, brilliant strategy, cool-head, making decision, getting loyalty, tolerance. Even he has great ability as a poet. Some people criticize him because he is too tricky and brutal. But other lords who were merciful and kind were conquered and gave pain to his people with continuous war. Also they lost their land and destroyed. Although JoJo used some tricky ways to unify the China, he gave piece and fair law for people. Also he had to use cruel way to protect himself from many conspiracies.

In conclusion, he had many great abilities which are needed for leader and make the best of talented people. He used some immoral ways to achieve his purpose but it helped a lot of painful people by stablized the land. Many other great leaders-like Napoleon, Caesar-also used similar ways. I think great leader is a person who can give benefit for more people. So in my opinion, he was genius leader who achieved his goal greatly and gave stablity to many normal people in his land.
