Young In, Lee/ A president you would vote for/ Wed 11 A.M.

A president I would vote for.

Actually before three year, I had no idea about politics. I didn't care who won the election or which party got the majority of parliamentary seat. But after realizing the importance of policy, I could not keep watch over. Especially I got this think from the education policy. Entrance of college was changed by the policy. In honestly not only policy, but also some other intend. Anyway, the important thing was not that what I was interested in policy or not. The important thing was the visible effect of policy to my life. So, I need to know the politics.

What I want for president is not so many. There are just two things. Not excessive welfare-policy, firm handling of provocation of North Korea. In honestly I really worry about welfare policy. The Europe's fiscal crisis is the warning of excessive welfare. And by the statics above 70% of nation did not agree with exacting more taxes from there for more welfare. So there is the only answer, liabilities. So I will vote for president who pledges the not excessive welfare-policy.

And I hope government to handle the provocation of North Korea, adamantly. Because I was really disappoint about the government's reaction of North Korea's provocation. There were lots of provocations for the past 2 years. But every time, I was disappoint. It's not mean that I love the war. And I really do not want to war with North Korea. But I think, there are no responses of provocation, the North Korea keep provoke Korea.

So, in this year's presidential election, I will vote for the president who does not promise the excess welfare-policy and promise the firm reaction of North Korea's provocation.

  1. I think your dividing the writing into some pieces were good choice as you considered two qualifications to talk about, that your president should have. But I am not sure if the first paragraph is directly related to what you are trying to say. It deals with why you got to be interested in policy, and the others deal with the policy you think the next president should promise. It seems they are not closely related. And also, on the fifth line of the first paragraph, I don't really get 'Anyway, the important thing was not that what I was interested in policy or not.' this sentence is trying to say.

What I want for president is not so many. There are just two things. Before i write, i think the visible effect of policy. So i select two themes, economics and protection. In the economics part, not excessive welfare-policy. And in the protection part, firm handling of provocation of North Korea. In honestly I really worry about welfare policy.
